From the very beginning, Scott has been phenomenal. He is so organised, communicative and efficient. He brought his team to meet us, discuss vision and engage in creative conversations regarding garden plans. SN have done an amazing job, once again. The works were carried out in a very good pace, and the end result is simply stunning. We have appreciated how SN communicated about all the potential issues and the ways of remediation, and handled all the necessary communication with the supplier for us, e.g. when we discovered that we received a tap of wrong colour, or when it turned out we ordered too many tiles. Every job will have its complications, but we always feel very safe with SN, because we know they’ll address them in the best way possible.

Scott’s 2nd project in our home was the reconfiguration of our family bathroom. He helped us plan the layout and design of our very ‘muddled’ space and combined three small rooms into one generous bathroom.
